Jenn Bittner
Senior Loan Processor and Closing Specialist
Jenn brings nearly a decade of hands-on mortgage experience to Third Coast Mortgage Group. After becoming a licensed Loan Officer in 2015, she quickly discovered her passion for the lending side of the industry. She built her foundation in roles across title, processing, and closing, gaining a true 360° understanding of the loan process.
Jenn spent eight years with Fairway—processing, occasionally originating, and eventually closing loans—before a brief move to Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. When the opportunity arose to join Craig and the Third Coast team, she knew it was the right fit and returned “home” to Fairway.
Detail-driven, experienced, and deeply committed to clients, Jenn is an incredible asset to our team and to every borrower she supports.

Leah joined our team in October 2020 with limited experience in the mortgage industry — and quickly rose to become our branch processor through hard work and dedication. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and genuine passion for her work make her an invaluable member of our team. Leah lives in Lake Country, where she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and pursuing her love of photography.

Nick plays a vital role in keeping the lending process running smoothly from start to finish. He helps manage the loan pipeline from application through closing — gathering documents, ordering title work and verifications, and communicating with all parties involved to ensure each loan is clear to close on time.
His behind-the-scenes organization and attention to detail allow our loan officers to stay focused on what they do best — building relationships and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Nick’s efficiency, reliability, and team-first attitude make him an essential part of Third Coast Mortgage Group’s success.
